Chairman
Lee Verios is presently the Chairman of the Wyllie Group Pty Ltd. He has been a director since July 2004. Wyllie Group is one of Western Australia’s largest private investment groups.
Lee is an experienced commercial lawyer having practised in Western Australia for over 30 years. He is a partner in the international law firm of Deacons and he is the leader of their Commercial Property division in Perth. In that capacity he has been exposed to some of the largest commercial property transactions that have occurred in Western Australia in recent times.
Lee also has significant experience in managing large professional service firms and in developing various commercial activities both on a national and international basis. He was the first Chairman of the Perth office of Deacons.
Lee is presently the Chairman of VMoto Limited, a global scooter manufacturing and distribution company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. He is also a director of Kailis Organic Olive Groves Ltd, an unlisted public company which manages some of the largest organic olive groves in the world and is in the process of establishing a world wide brand for its premium grade extra virgin olive oil.
Lee is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Society of WA, the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Industry. He also chairs the co-ordinating committee for Vario Institute at Edith Cowan University which conducts research into various preventative health initiatives. He is a past chairman of the Australian Indonesian Business Council (WA Branch).
