A joint venture development with Blackburne, Stockland Trust Group and Rockingham Park Pty Ltd, Subi-Centro Station Square is one of the biggest urban renewal projects to be undertaken in Western Australia.
Covering 3.7 hectares, including the area created above the sunken railway station, the project comprises a 3,500 sqm supermarket and 2,220 sqm of associated specialty shops, an underground 300-bay car park, and 180 two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses to accommodate approximately 400 people.
The pleasantly landscaped Station Square features offices and mixed retail/commercial components which include restaurants, cafes and serviced apartments.
