Located adjacent to the Perth Hyatt Hotel, the vision of this project was to bring over 300 residents and owners into the CBD and rejuvenate the presently dormant eastern precinct of Perth City.
The development was planned as a benchmark to provide the catalyst to generate other high quality residential developments in this area. Wyllie Group was part of a joint venture which included the Mirvac Fini Group, Hawaiian Developments and Mr Gavin Bunning.
The 18-storey tower was successfully completed in 2002 and all 138 apartments have now been sold.
