A joint venture development by Wyllie Group, which owned 76%, and architect Robert Cann, the Forrest Centre is regarded as one of Perth's premier office properties.
The twin towers provide 30,000 sqm of quality office accommodation and spectacular views over the Swan River. Tenants are provided with generous car park ratios and the Centre also incorporates a tavern and restaurant built as a faithful reproduction of an 1870s house that once stood on the site. This was the home of Alexander Forrest, statesman and explorer. Sold on completion in 1988 for $88 million, a record at the time.
