Wyllie Group Pty Ltd and Hawaiian Management Group provided mezzanine funding to Multiplex for the development of a $450 million commercial tower on the World Square site in George Street, Sydney.
The project will consist of one high and one low rise office building totalling 67,900 sqm, with 450 car spaces. Ernst & Young will relocate its headquarters to World Square. They have agreed to lease 36,200 sqm in the high rise office building, being one of the largest pre-commitments yet signed in Sydney's CBD. Work on this site is scheduled for completion in early 2005.
