Wyllie Group provided a $30 million credit enhancement package for the funding of a major $130 million Sydney waterfront development at the southern end of the Darling Harbour.
The project by Multiplex Constructions Pty Ltd and Walker Corporation Ltd redeveloped wharfs 9 and 10, incorporating new charter vessel berthing, apartments and tourist facilities.
