In June 2003, Wyllie Group acquired a 50% interest in The Claremont Shopping Centre. Located in Claremont Town Centre and classified as a District Shopping Centre, it comprises 9,301 sqm of gross lettable area and incorporates a David Jones Department Store, Coles Supermarket and 46 Specialty Shops. Our interest in this Centre was subsequently sold into the Multiplex Ltd float in December 2003.
