- AMCAP, a modern automotive parts and associated products warehousing and distribution business;
- Rand Transport, a national refrigerated transport, cold storage and distribution services provider; and
- KTM, which holds the exclusive Australian wholesale distributorship for the prestigious Austrian motorcycle manufacturer, KTM Sportmotorcycles.
The Board intends to continue expanding the Group through growth of its existing businesses and through strategic, value-creating acquisitions.
